SHIPPING
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom.
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our studio. We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–4 working days. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected service.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 working days
  • Europe: 3–7 working days
  • USA & Canada: 5–10 working days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local courier services.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

In most cases, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

However, in selected cases — including high-value orders, repeat customers, and special promotions — duties and taxes may be covered by Bianca Saunders at checkout.

Where applicable, this will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier.

We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address. Bianca Saunders cannot be held responsible for parcels marked as delivered but not received.

All orders are shipped using tracked services where available.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before re-dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at sales@biancasaunders.co.uk and we will assist you in investigating with the courier.

Claims for lost parcels must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.


Returns & Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

For international returns, customers are also responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
