Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days after placing your order. Once the order has been despatched we shall notify you of any available tracking information.

If for any reason we experience a delay with dispatching your order, we shall notify you of this as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay. We will not be liable for any delays that are beyond our control, but if your order is substantially delayed, you may contact us to end your contract and receive a refund for any orders that are yet to be despatched.

Please note international deliveries may face shipping delays due to custom checks. These are beyond our control. There may also be additional customs or import duties applied to your order upon delivery, based on your chosen destination. Bianca Saunders does not bare responsibility for these and can not predict what they may be.


The Bianca Saunders team hopes that you are happy with your order and that you love your product(s) as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit a return or exchange request via email quoting the order number within 14 days of receiving your order to We do not currently offer free returns/exchanges.

Upon acknowledgement of your returns or exchange request, you then have 14 days for your product(s) to be returned. Any items received out of these windows will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, except in exceptional circumstances which we reserve the right to determine at our discretion. We may offer extended returns policies over holiday periods.

All items on sale are non refundable, however we would be happy to carry out an exchange if requested. 

If you would like to request an exchange, this is at our discretion and subject to availability. Where an exchange is due to a default or an error on behalf of the Bianca Saunders team, we shall cover postage both ways for the exchange. Where an exchange is for any other reason the return postage is to be covered by the customer and the postage of the new item(s) will be covered by us.

In the event that customs or import duties need to be paid for an international exchange on its return to us, these charges are to be covered by the customer. Please consult product size guides before purchasing to minimise the risk of this happening. The new items will only be despatched after these charges have been paid. In the event the customer does not reimburse these custom duties, a refund for the remaining amount will be issued.

All products returned must be in perfect, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition and with all labels and tags still attached and in the original packaging that was sent with the order, as this is considered part of the product(s). If any promotional gift was sent with the product(s) then this must also be included with the return.

Any return must be sent from the same country the order was shipped to. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless the item is faulty or damaged. We are not responsible for any returned product(s) being lost or damaged during shipping.

Once your return has been received and accepted, you will receive a refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.

All our products are thoroughly quality checked before the order is issued to the customer, however if for any reason your product(s) are faulty upon arrival then please contact us immediately at When the returned product(s) are received by us additional quality checks will be carried out and if it does not meet our above requirements then the product(s) will be returned to the sender. 

Please note that product(s) should not be returned without submitting a return request to the above email, any unannounced returns may not be accepted. Only items purchased from this website may be returned through this service, if you have purchased from one of our stockists then please take up returns where purchased.
