Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Refunds Policy

The Bianca Saunders team hopes that you are happy with your order and that you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. However, if you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please submit a request by email to sales@biancasaunders.co.uk, quoting your order number, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return or exchange request has been acknowledged, you will have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Items received outside of these timeframes may be refused, except in exceptional circumstances and at our reasonable discretion. We may offer extended returns periods during holiday seasons.

We do not currently offer free returns or exchanges.

Sale Items

All items, including sale items, are refundable in accordance with UK consumer law. Exchanges for sale items are subject to availability. Unless stated to be final sale

Exchanges

All exchanges are subject to availability and at our reasonable discretion.

  • Where an exchange is required due to a fault or an error on behalf of the Bianca Saunders team, we will cover postage both ways.
  • Where an exchange is requested for any other reason, the return postage must be covered by the customer. The cost of sending the replacement item will be covered by us.

For international exchanges, any customs or import duties incurred on the return shipment must be covered by the customer. Replacement items will only be dispatched once these charges have been paid. If the customer does not reimburse these charges, a partial refund for the remaining amount will be issued.

We strongly recommend consulting the product size guides prior to purchase to minimise the likelihood of returns or exchanges.

 

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be in perfect, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all labels and tags still attached and in the original packaging supplied with the order. Packaging is considered part of the product.

 

 

If any promotional gift was included with the order, this must also be returned.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Return Shipping

All returns must be sent from the same country to which the order was originally shipped. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

 

We are not responsible for any returned item(s) that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days (usually within 5 working days).

 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

All products are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch. However, if your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at sales@biancasaunders.co.uk.

 

Once the faulty item has been returned, additional quality checks will be carried out. If the item does not meet the above return requirements, it will be returned to the sender.
